Withdrawal from the contract.

I'm so sorry you're not happy. It's never happened to me before. I'm sure we can work this situation out.

1. If the buyer is a consumer, he/she has the right to order goods through the e-shop nikola-vysinova-art.cz withdraw from the already concluded purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason and without penalty.

2. The Buyer shall notify the Company of such withdrawal electronically to the e-mail address nikola.vysinova.art@gmail.com or in writing to Nikola Vyšínová, Choratická 2733/4, Prague 4 Spořilov, 141 00. For this purpose, the Customer may use the sample form below.

3. If the buyer, who is a consumer, withdraws from the purchase contract, he/she shall send or hand over the goods he/she has received without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days from the withdrawal from the purchase contract.

4. The address for sending the parcel is Nikola Vyšínová, Choratická 2733/4, Prague 4 Spořilov, 141 00.

5. In the event of a valid withdrawal from the contract, the Company shall return to the Buyer without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days of the withdrawal from the purchase contract, all funds (purchase price of the delivered goods) including the cost of delivery from the Company to the Buyer, which the Company has received from the Buyer on the basis of the purchase contract, in the same manner.

6. the Company shall not be obliged to return any monies received to the Buyer until the Buyer has handed over the Goods to the Company or clearly proves that it has dispatched the Goods to the Company.

7. The Buyer bears the cost of transport from the Buyer to the Seller (Terms and Conditions, point 8.7.)
