Carina Nebula

The vast stellar nebula Carina hides the Mysterious Mountain, a 3 light-year high column of gas and dust. New stars are forming at the top, a kind of stellar maternity ward. And since all life once began from stardust, it's a potential birthing ground for more life in the universe. The silhouette Carina is to me a cosmic being - the creator of worlds.
