Red Dwarf Clock

Red Dwarf is not just the name of a popular series with dry British humour. It is a low-mass star that has lower temperatures and shines in the red spectrum. It's the most common type of star, probably because of its longer lifetime. But little is known about them. Their low luminosity, around 5% of the Sun, makes them difficult to observe. And to measure time against them. Even less massive and less luminous are brown dwarfs, which are already on the borderline between stars and giant gas planets.

The acrylic painting has a final protective spray and is signed at the bottom. The canvas is glued on machine glue and inserted into a functional circular clock Ø 30 cm. The clock is powered by one classic pencil battery and has a hole for hanging. So all you have to do is hang it on a nail!
